What we do with what you send us.
This policy covers fisitemanager.com, the website you're reading. It's short because we collect very little: what you type into the demo request form, and the basic records any website keeps.
Who we are, and what this covers.
FISiteManager is a product of Novotta LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, fisitemanager.com.
It does not cover the FISiteManager app that our customers sign in to, or the websites our customers run with it. How we handle information in the app is set out in our agreement with each customer To be confirmed. Each bank or credit union's own website has its own privacy notice.
What we collect.
When you ask for a demo
The demo request form asks for the following. We use it to set up the demo and to reply to you. The form also notes which page you sent it from.

When you visit any page
Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs: your IP address, the pages you request, the date and time, and your browser type. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and browser information. See Google's privacy policy.
We don't ask for, and don't want, financial account information, Social Security numbers or information about your customers or members through this website.
How we use it, and who sees it.
A demo request is emailed to our sales inbox, sales@fisitemanager.com. The people at Novotta LLC who handle sales and demos read it. We use it to:
- reply to you and schedule the demo;
- prepare a demo that fits your institution;
- follow up about FISiteManager, which you can ask us to stop at any time.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
We use service providers to run the website and our email, and they handle the information only to provide that service to us. Our current providers are [Web host, email provider: to be confirmed]. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy.
There are no ad pixels or session recorders on this site. The scripts it runs are for the site itself, like opening the menu on small screens and sending the demo form.
we keep it
How long we keep it.
We keep a demo request while we're in touch with you about FISiteManager, and delete it within [period to be confirmed] after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our agreement with you applies.
Server logs are kept by our web host for [period to be confirmed].
Your choices.
Email privacy@fisitemanager.com and we will:
- tell you what we have about you;
- correct it if it's wrong;
- delete it;
- stop following up with you.
We'll reply within [response time to be confirmed]. We may need to confirm it's really you before we act. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state's privacy law State-law language to be confirmed by counsel, and we won't treat you differently for using any of them.

Children, changes, and how to reach us.
Children
This website is for people who work at banks and credit unions. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
The demo form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, but we limit who can read demo requests to the people who need to.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, such as adding analytics, we'll say so on this page.
